RESIDENTIAL PROJECT // DESIGN COMMUNICAITION II
BRIEF: With the provided floor plan shell, create a residential loft with a garage and art installation or feature wall from a ‘car crash.’
CONCEPT: The Pike Loft draws inspiration from the industrial style and scenery of the Pacific North West. Pulling materials and textures from the natural surroundings, the loft has a rugged and spacious feeling with ample natural light and double-height ceilings to mimic the lush forests.
